GET Fit and GET Over The Hump! Day 30 is gone by w/ some to grow on

Work It Out Wednesday

WELCOME Back! How is everybody doing this evening. It’s been another day of moving forward and we are already here at the middle of the week. It feels good getting over the hump on Work It Out Wednesday so let’s GO!…

The very first blog post that was submitted on “working out” was about the 30-Day Squat Challenge. Did I make it through… yeah… but I had to extend mines out a few day’s due to a horrible sinus infection that threw me off my rhythm. So that sucked…  But it’s all good… Today is my last day and I am gonna squat it out like no bodies business. My hubby has been killing it with the running and pull-up bar. I tell you what… I am not a runner… but I am definitely considering the challenge for myself as well. He comes back all sweaty and charged up. I love it! He’s my “Super Man.” But enough about him…;) This is the next 30-day craze I’m going after. I have a choice between the 5/100 Fitness Challenge or…. the 30-Day AB Challenge.

Now I’ma be honest, once I post these pictures… You can see why I am at odds of where to go next. I think that I am gonna go with the 5/100 Fitness Challenge just because, that was the next one that I found, but the 30-Day AB Challenge “looks”… Less challenging for lack of better words. Ok I’ll admit it… I’m a little apprehensive about the burpees in the 5/100 Fitness Challenge, but I know it can be done. So let’s see what we got.

Well, I guess you will have to wait until next Wednesday to find out which one I chose to take on… But as for today I am focused on completing my last day of 250 squats and I’m done…

Peace, Love, and Fitness…

As we go on this fitness journey to engage out minds, bodies, and spirits to become masters of our physical bodies, in order to work through the confies of this life, we work out to become FREE in our thinking… which enables us to become limitless within our bodies… which ultimately submits to our spirit as it is leading us in the direction of discipline and empowerment.

In our last (GETFit) post we exploded on the 30-Day Squat Challenge and we are now more than halfway through. It has been a heck of a ride but well worth the endurance, stronger legs, and firmer but cushy tush… LOL…

So here are some great examples of various work outs that can be done in small amouts of time through the week. The images are from a FREE mobile app called “Workout Trainer” or you can find them on Skimble.com. We actually paid for the year subscription and it was only $50. I feel like we have our very own personal gym at home with no more hefty gym fees. For this price we would only have paid for about 2 months at Lifetime or LA Fitness for a individual plan, NOT the family plan. That is why this app goes so hard. I can workout… with MEL and the boys can chime in too… with no extra fees… So if you want to join us… this is where you can find us… Getting our workout on…

Mountain Climbers

I actually just finished the workout above on my Google Nexus 4. It was awesome! All the while listening to Pandora and bussin a sweat. I even had two little motivators. “BIG Thanks” to my sons RaMel 5 and Logan 3. It is a part of a 4-week program call 6 Pack Toned Abs…

Here is a screen shot of the program… I know it will challenge you and push you to the limits… If you don’t believe me… try it for yourself and then come back and leave us a comment…

Mind you there are workouts here for just about anyone. So there is no need to wish or hope you that you could GETFit… YOU CAN! All you have to do is make fitness a priority. Then you can GETFit and Stay Fit. You never know… it just might save or increase you life span.

Remember good health is a choice. We choose it by eating healthy foods, getting proper exercise, and even adequate rest. It does not take much to interrupt it these days, especially with a busy lifestyle… So make the choice today to be healthy, GETFit and Stay Fit!

GETFit… How To Empower Your Tribe w/ The 30 Day Squat Challenge

The Evolution Of The Workout Is All About How To Empower Your Tribe

WELCOME BACK to our most recent blog post: “Workout Wednesday!” As we mentioned a few blogs ago… on “Set It Off Sunday,” which we will be an ongoing motivational thematic blog for the next 60 days. What this represents is all that we are here at Get Empowered 3000. Our goal within this blog is to represent whole mind and whole body… these two working together creates the spirit to empower our tribe to freedom.

On the first of this month we began a 6 week core workout plan on Skimble.com. It has been an awesome 3 weeks to start; especially having had a baby only 4 months ago. It is best to begin working out at least 90 days after having a baby, especially for breast feeding moms. There are no sure negative facts about the affects besides salty boobs… and who want’s salt in their milk right? Lol… So in order to add a little variety to my workout, I recently joined the “30 day squat” challenge.

30 Day Squat Challenge

In this challenge women have created an accountability team that motivates each other. It is our job to complete the challenged and transform these dumpy derrières, into fantasy fannies in 30 days. This is a healthy and effective way to empower and enhance our figures, without harmful chemical injections or expensive surgeries.

Above is a schedule of how to proceed with the program. Or you can join us everyday on Facebook #TheGETFitCrew as we empower ourselves to be transformed, into the vision of health and wellness that we want to see. We have to be the change in action… Or else we could end up saying mess like ~

See… the type of results that this transformation requires, incites dedication. A person can work out all they want, yet still lack the discipline that is needed to see the results they ultimately desire. A resolute workout regimen takes focus. It takes a firm sense commitment to see through to completion your goal is action.  This means eating right, getting sufficient rest, and being properly hydrated. And this is not about time, but about action.

What Time Is It? It’s Empower Time!

If there is any chance of succeeding in this life, a person must learn to take action, stop making excuses, and use the resistance to build mental and physical muscle. In a nutshell, working out is more than getting sexy abs or glutes… Working out is a time to gain disciplin and focus on how to stimulate growth in various areas of the body. Woking out increases flexability of the body and mind. Working out regulates menstrual issues. Working out empowers your brick-house.  So if you want to be a part of what we do and how we do it… Then SUBSCRIBE HERE! Cause what we don’t have time for is whiney adults, who are afraid to take action and move on great opportunities, when they present themselves as such.
